There's no time like now for drawing up plans!
Improving your current home is likely to be far more viable than moving, particularly in the face of the current economical climate.
Now is a particularly good time to start sorting out all the necessary approvals before embarking on any scheme. Both Planning and Building Regulations Approvals allow you a comfortable period within which to start any building work. But, depending upon the nature of your project and the approvals you may need, if you get plans drawn up now you may be able to start building during the autumn.
You may be thinking of minor alterations, perhaps to create extra living space or even a shower room, or perhaps a major extension that may ultimately add significant value to your home.
Perhaps you own a vacant piece of land upon which you want to build a new dwelling. We can undertake this type of project too. Indeed, we have achieved approvals for a number of individually designed dwellings throughout Pembrokeshire.
We can help you through the process of achieving all the necessary Local Authority approvals. Our speciality is the production and formal submission of hand drawn plans and all supporting information required, acting as your agent throughout the negotiations with the Authorities.
Or maybe you wish to embark upon a major renovation or conservation project, or conversion of traditional buildings. We can help here too!
We offer a fully insured, reliable and dedicated service for West Wales - covering all of Pembrokeshire, western parts of Carmarthenshire and south-western parts of Ceredigion - for all types of domestic project.
We operate a 'staged payment' scheme - so it's easier to control your budget. We invoice each stage of a project before we move on to the following stages.
