Thinking of improving your home, but don't know where to start?
You'll probably need to have detailed plans drawn up to apply for Planning Permission and Building Regulations Approval.
There's no time like now for drawing up plans!
Improving your current home is likely to be far more viable than moving, particularly in light of the current economic climate.
And you won't pay VAT on our own fees (see below)!
Now is a particularly good time to start sorting out all the necessary approvals before embarking on any scheme. Planning and Building Regulations Approvals allow you a comfortable period within which to start any building work. But, depending upon the nature of your project and the approvals you may need, having plans drawn up now you could potentially enable you to start your build within just four to six months.
You may be thinking of minor alterations to create extra living space or even a shower room, conversion works or alterations to cater for special needs, installation of eco-systems, or perhaps a major extension that may ultimately add significant value to your home.
Maybe you wish to embark upon a major renovation or conservation project, or conversion of traditional outbuildings. We can help here too!
Or perhaps you own a vacant piece of land upon which you want to build a new dwelling. We can undertake this type of project too. Indeed, we have achieved approvals for a number of individually designed dwellings across Pembrokeshire.
We'll help you through the process of achieving all the necessary Local Authority approvals. Our speciality is the production and formal submission of hand drawn plans and all supporting information required, acting as your agent throughout the negotiations with the Authorities.
We offer a fully insured, reliable and dedicated service for West Wales for all types of domestic project, covering all of Pembrokeshire, south-western parts of Ceredigion and western parts of Carmarthenshire.
Our fees are very competitive and we operate a 'staged payment' scheme - so it's easier to control your budget. We invoice each stage of a project before we move on to the following stages.
Our service is VAT Free, as we are not currently VAT registered. However, some of the third party fees and charges for which you will pay along the way will attract VAT at the current rate. We'll advise you on these upon our Free Initial Consultation, without obligation!
