About the Practice ...
Roger E Stephens Architectural Services is built on the principles of providing a personal, reliable and dedicated service in resolving your domestic architectural requirements.
Roger E Stephens first set up an Architectural Services business in Birmingham in 1980 and achieved Planning Permission and Building Regulations Approvals for many domestic projects of all sizes.
During the 90's Roger took a break from architecture to pursue another business interest, then moved to Pembrokeshire in 2000.
Roger E Stephens Architectural Services was re-launched in Pembrokeshire and now provides an essential service in liaising on your behalf with the Local Authorities in West Wales, including the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority.
We can turn your ideas into a practical scheme for seeking all the necessary Local Authority approvals for Planning Permission and Building Regulations, acting as your Agent throughout the process.
Recent projects include detailed drawings and submissions for Planning Permission and Building Regulations Approval for:
- Extensions (various - both large and small)
- Barn Conversions and Restorations
- New Dwellings
- Change of Use Applications to Residential / Holiday Use
