Where your plan will come together!

Thinking of improving your Pembrokeshire home soon, but don't know where to start?  You'll probably need detailed plans drawn for seeking Planning and Building Regulations approvals and we'll guide you through the processes.

We'll help turn your ideas into reality.  And there's no VAT on our fees!

Improving your present home could potentially be more viable (and satisfying) than moving house, particularly in light of continued political uncertainly !  We can turn your design concept into a fully approved scheme in the near future, then you would have a 'comfort period' to consider starting your build within 5 years under the terms of a Planning Consent.

You could seek Building Regulations Approval a little later on, within an approval validity period of 3 years. Please click on the above links for full details elsewhere on our website.

You may be thinking of minor alterations to create extra living space or even a shower room, conversion works or alterations to cater for special needs, installation of eco-systems, or perhaps a major extension that may add significant comfort and value to your home. Or maybe you wish to embark upon a major renovation or conservation project, or conversion of traditional stone outbuildings.

Perhaps you own a vacant piece of land within a settlement boundary, upon which you might like to build a new dwelling. We undertake this type of project too. Indeed, we have achieved approvals for a number of individually designed houses across Pembrokeshire - including one of the first 'A-rated' energy efficient eco houses in the county to date - see below.

We'll guide you through the processes of achieving all necessary Local Authority approvals relevant to your scheme. Our speciality is the production and formal submission of traditionally drawn plans and all supporting information required, acting as your agent throughout all negotiations with the Authorities.

From Angle to Mynachlogddu, from Fishguard to Manorbier, we offer a fully insured, reliable and dedicated service for all parts of Pembrokeshire, West Wales, invloving all types of domestic project.  Our fees are competitive and we operate a 'staged payment scheme' - so it's easier for you to control your budget. We issue interim invoices for each stage of your project before moving on to following stages. Our service is VAT free, as we are not VAT registered. However, some third party fees and charges you will pay will attract VAT at the current rate and we'll advise you during our Free Initial Consultation.

Sorry, but we cannot accept commissions for commercial projects.

We were delighted to achieve approvals for this energy efficient eco house designed for inverted living near Manorbier - one of the first A-rated energy efficient homes in Pembrokeshire to date.

Delighted too that the build was filmed for
