Your local Planning Authority and PCC Building Control will routinely list the details of your Planning and/or Building Regulations Applications on their respective websites, in order to place such details in the public domain to invite comments and/or objections in relation to your application(s).
We do not quote your name on any of our project drawings or associated supporting information, but your address will inevitably appear on such documents.
In addition, other than your name and a unique project reference number, your details do not appear in our accounting system.
We do not operate credit card payments, so we do not ask for your credit card details.
We do accept payments via the BACS automated payment system into our HSBC Bank plc account, but we do not store your bank details in house. The BACS system is operated by Bacs Payment Schemes Ltd and your account details will be stored by them, your bank and our bank. If you have concerns about the use of the BACS system, we will accept payment by cheque or cash, but we reserve the right to levy a nominal handling fee to cover the paying in charges levied by our bank.
In the event that we request your written permission to take photographs of your completed project(s), for inclusion in our Project Portfolio and on our website, we will assure you that we will not publish your name or the precise location of your property. In the case of appointed Consultants and Contractors, who may also wish to display images of your completed project on their respective websites, we also expect them to seek your permission to do so.
Our Portfolio of Completed Projects on our website lists the nature of each project and its general location only. Client names and property addresses are not displayed.
In the event that a new Client may request references from any of our previous Clients, we will always ask those appropriate previous Clients for their permission to provide any new Client with their name and contact details, thus enabling direct and impartial communication to be set up.
In addition to our computer systems being kept protected against theft, these are also fully covered by a reputable comprehensive virus and security protection system.
There is no third partypersonal access to our computer systems and visitors to our premises are not encouraged.
