As Seen on TV:

At Roger E Stephens Architectural Services we were delighted to achieve Planning Permission for this new 'A-rated' energy efficient, timber-framed eco-home, enjoying the benefit of 'inverted living' at this location, shown being built at the end of the row here.

Its first floor Lounge and Kitchen Diner, plus Roof Terrace above the attached Garage, enjoy uninterrupted sea views. The modest exterior design was dictated by the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Planning Officer, who wished to see a degree of 'consistency' with the character of the existing neighbouring houses.

The build came in at about £6,000 under budget!

The build was filmed for ...

'Charlie Luxton's Building the Dream'

Series 4 Episode 8

First shown on More4 TV on 20th January 2016

Watch it on All 4

Unfortunately, due to persistent inclement weather conditions, filming was scheduled to end before the build was completed. However, images here show various stages of the build to completion. Please scroll down.
